Put your hand up if you like Carbohydrates !!
Don’t cut them out of your nutrition plans completely. Just get them from good sources. Good examples are quinoa, sweet potatoes, Ezekiel bread, oatmeal, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, and other green veggies.
Low GI carbs are great for keeping you full and the energy to get through tough workouts. Cutting out bad carbs is good for a healthy lifestyle and it’s more realistic to eat good carbs on a balanced nutritional plan.
